At Kullen Essence, we strive to process and dispatch orders quickly to ensure timely delivery of your skincare and essential oil products. Please review this Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

CANCELLATION WINDOW

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation by contacting our Customer Support Team:

Please provide the following details:
• Order Number
• Registered Email Address
• Registered Mobile Number

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your order will be cancelled.

PREPAID ORDERS (REFUNDS)

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:

• The full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Refunds are typically initiated within 24–48 business hours after cancellation approval.
• The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Kullen Essence shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

• No refund is applicable as no payment is collected at the time of order placement.
• COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

If a COD order is refused after dispatch or at the time of delivery, it may be treated as a non-accepted shipment.

ORDERS ALREADY SHIPPED

Once an order has been shipped:

• Cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• Orders cannot be stopped or recalled in transit.
• Customers may refuse delivery at the time of arrival; such cases will be reviewed under our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, may not be refundable.

ORDERS REFUSED AT DELIVERY

If a customer refuses to accept delivery after dispatch:

• The shipment may be returned to our warehouse as a Return-to-Origin (RTO).
• Refund eligibility, if any, will be reviewed after the product is received back and inspected.
• Applicable shipping and return logistics charges may be deducted.

MISUSE & RESTRICTIONS

To maintain service efficiency and prevent misuse, Kullen Essence reserves the right to:

• Restrict Cash on Delivery (COD) services
• Cancel suspicious or high-risk orders
• Refuse future orders
• Limit order quantities

Repeated instances of order cancellations, refusal of delivery, non-acceptance of COD orders, or suspected fraudulent activity may result in restrictions on future purchases.

CANCELLATION BY KULLEN ESSENCE

Kullen Essence reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in situations including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Payment verification issues
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Violation of Terms of Service
• Operational or logistical limitations

In such cases, customers will be notified and any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

To ensure order accuracy and prevent fraudulent transactions, Kullen Essence may contact customers via:

If a customer is unreachable, order details cannot be verified, or suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to delay, hold, or cancel the order.
